Spring is in the air and wedding season is in full bloom. And to help all you trendy brides with your gown picks for Spring and Summer here are 5 of the hottest styles for wedding dresses this year.

5. April Showers Bring May Flowers…

And it also brings floral accents to the wedding gown runway this year. The dress on the left is from the Carolina Herrera 2009 collection and the dress on the right is from the one and only Vera Wang collection. Flowers are a very beautiful accent and one I could see myself walking down the aisle in. How about you?

4. Show a little Shoulder…

We have seen this trend on the runway as well as the red carpet

. And now we can find it on brides everywhere. The one shoulder wedding dress is very sexy and romantic. If you’re having a summer wedding keep this trend in mind. The gown on the left is from Romona Keveza and the gown on the right is from Atelier Aimee.

3. Romantic Ruffles…

If you are going for the full dramatic wedding gown look then ruffles are just what you need! They are very romantic and dreamy. You can find styles with a little drama or with lots of drama flowing with ruffles from your head all the way down to your toes. I wouldn’t mind trying on a few dresses with ruffles, this one from Oscar de la Renta is very beautiful.

2. Black and White All Over…

Brides can go very formal in a black and white dress for a black tie wedding. However, you can also show your personality and creative side with black accents that may be something unexpected by family and friends. This gown by Madeline Gardner for Mori Lee is very sophisticated and something I would consider trying on.

1. The Little Short Dress is so Hot…

Wedding dresses of full, flowing, and fluffy fabric can be considered “so yesterday” by fans of the short wedding gown trend. All you brides with hot, long legs say hello to these short dress from Rivini, Anne Barge, and Romona Keveza. My favorite from this collection is the Keveza dress on the bottom left with the cute bubbly bottom and black bow! Which one could you see yourself wearing down the aisle?

I used to get dark circles under my eyes pretty often and the best I could do to camouflage them was cover them with some loose powder. The eyes looked better, but the dark circles were still visible. Until the day my good friend Laura introduced me to a concealer that actually worked!

Since then I tried quite a few concealers myself and here are my 5 Top Picks that work best on covering those dark under eye circles:

1. YSL Touche Eclat Concealer …

Price: $40 at ysl.com

Description: Instant highlighter. The best selling must-have take-anywhere pen-brush for adding a touch of light or banishing shadows and signs of fatigue from the eye area, the hollow of the chin, the contour of the lips and the sides of the nose.

My Opinion: I really liked this, although it is pretty expensive. It worked beautifully on my under eye circles. The product has particles that reflect the light, which makes it perfect for hiding such imperfections as the signs of fatigue under the eyes.

The pen does fit in your handbag neatly for touch ups, and the colour blends really well if you get the right shade, which should be slightly lighter than your skin tone (there are 3 shades, actually, #1 is extremely light, so it will work for very fair complexions, 2nd worked best for me – although I too have pretty pale skin and #3 will be perfect for those who are on the tan side. Unfortunately they don’t have any shades for darker skin yet…)

This concealer works like a click top pen, so don’t worry when you will be trying it for the first time. Just “click” on the top at least 5-7 times to get the product coming out. Afterwards, it will be easy. Every time you click, you’ll be getting just enough product for your entire under eye area.

I often use it on my cheekbones as well, it gives lights up the complexion. The only downhill is that you should be really careful with how much you apply. If you get too much product, it will gather in the fine lines under your eyes (not a very good look, trust me). But you can avoid it by removing extra product from the creases with a swab before you leave the house.

2. Quick Cover by Chanel …

Price: $36.00 at NeimanMarcus.com

Description: Ideal coverage and camouflage. Long-lasting, waterproof formula. Creamy emollient texture diminishes the look of dark circles around the eye area. Effectively covers dark spots and blemishes and evens out skin tone. Light-reflecting pigments provide ideal camouflage and coverage. Sponge tip applicator allows for precise application. Using applicator, stroke on over or under foundation to camouflage any dark, blemished, red or pigmented areas.

My Opinion: This easily covered my under eye circles and my blemishes, and was long lasting too, but it didn’t have that “luminous” quality about it, which I so much like about YSL Touche Eclat. This is my 2nd favorite concealer, as it covers great, but has a somewhat mousse-like texture which I personally don’t like. And the other thing that’s a downhill for me is that it opens like a lipgloss, which means it’s an easy place for bacteria to enter. But the color scheme is pretty good, so you’ll surely find the right shade for you, just look for something lighter than the rest of your complexion!

3. All about Eyes Concealer by Clinique …

Price: $15.50 at sephora.com

Description: Disguises dark undereye circles while helping to reduce the look of puffiness. Long-wearing, moisturizing formula won’t crease or settle into fine lines. Oil-free.

My Opinion: My favorite thing about this one was its moisturizing quality. Throughout the day it kept my skin in good condition, as well as hiding puffy eyes and blemishes. The applicator was easy to use and overall I was impressed, but the shades were at first hard to match, although they do have fabulous ones for dark skin tones.

But before buying It’s worth getting a few samples. Just try different shades and see how it works for you, cause it might not be a good concealer for everybody. While it covered my dark circles and made my skin look and feel silky smooth, it didn’t work out at all for a friend of mine, who later said it was getting into the creases and wasn’t covering her skin imperfections long enough …

4. Photogenic Skin-Illuminating Concealer SPF 15 by Lancome …

Price: $27.50 at sephora.com

Description: Lancôme’s new Photo-Flex Complex optimizes the effects of light to perfect the look of your complexion while Ginseng, Ginkgo and Vitamin C help energize your skin and broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreens help protect the delicate eye area from sun damage.

My Opinion: One of my favorites, this one also contains vitamins to help energize your skin while you wear it, and also contains sun protection SPF 15, which is absolutely genius! It’s a little thicker than the rest, and so takes slightly longer to apply and blend, but it’s definitely worth the money. The shades are close to the lids, but it’s still worth seeing if there is a tester pot you can apply on your wrist to check that you get the best possible color for you.

5. DiorSkin Sculpt Lifting Smoothing Concealer by Dior …

Price: $31 at sephora.com

Description: Conceal imperfections and impart an ultra natural radiance with this new generation concealer. Infused new generation powders work to minimize fine lines while Dior’s A-Resist complex improves the overall tone of the skin. This unique coverup recontours the face and imparts a youthful glow.

My Opinion: This is a great concealer for the dark circles. My skin looked blemish and dark circle free the whole day, but the smell was quite strong, so try this concealer before buying if you are sensitive to perfumed makeup. Skin does appear radiant, and it has the most natural looking finish, but it’s missing the moisturizing qualities that even some cheaper concealer now offer and just like with Chanel, this particular package might be very bacteria friendly, so think twice if you have allergy prone skin or eyes.

Whether you are going for a just-kissed look, a glittery pout, a lusciously red effect, or a satiny sheer shade, it would all depend on the lipstick that you are wearing. Take a look at our top 8 favorite brands and shades of lipstick and you’ll know what to reach for at the beauty counter!

8. Color Design Sensational Effects Lipcolor Smooth Hold by Lancome …

Price: $22 at Lancome.com

Description: Dress your lips in new Color Design Lipcolor for full coverage, smooth hold and sensational effects in one coat. Creams, sheens, shimmers and metallics — four modern finishes for custom lip styling. A range of 36 shades to create the perfect designer’s palette for any lip tone.

My Comment: If you’re looking for a gloss/lipstick combination, this is it. I tried Smooth Hold in the color Oh My!, which is shimmery and beautiful brown-beige. I love the fact that it almost looks like I’ve applied a gloss over the lipstick, so it gives me that extra shiny look.

Don’t be fooled, though… Smooth Hold is not sticky like a gloss at all. It’s creamy, not drying, and lasts and lasts.

7. Semi-Matte Lipstick by NARS …

Price: $24 at NARS.com

Description: A wide range of captivating shades designed to provide the look and style the color dictates. A highly pigmented matte formula provides a full-bodied, velvety finish. It’s exceedingly longwearing, nourishing and non-drying, with Vitamin E. Once you start wearing NARS lipstick, you won’t want to wear anything else.

My Comment: Shanghai Red is the color for me. It’s a warm brick red, and it is so flattering, but the best thing about this product is the fact that this lipstick never wears off! Semi-Mattes are so long wearing that I actually removed it at night with my makeup. Like the name implies, it’s a matte finish. So, if you’re looking for rich, velvety color with little shine, Semi-Matte’s the one.

6. Double Wear Stay-in-Place Lip Duo by Estee Lauder …

Price: $24 at EsteeLauder.com

Description: Enjoy the stay. Love the shine. Now, double up on color that outstays and outshines your day. One side saturates your lips with stay-on, stay-true color. The other side slicks on shine in one of three fabulous finishes: prism topcoat for super shine with a sheer, opalescent effect; pearl shimmer topcoat for intense shine with subtle pearl highlights; clear gloss topcoat for classic, intense shine. Luscious shades last up to 8 hours–through meals, drinks, busy days. For comfortable color that wont kiss off, rub off or fade out. Your lips will love it.

My Comment: I get so excited when I can get two products in one container… makes packing a makeup bag so much easier. One end is a base coat that’s packed with pigments for luminous, long-lasting color. The other end is a gloss… you’ve got three choices – prism, pearl, and clear. My favorite is Legendary Bronze with clear gloss. The bronze side lasts for hours, and I just reapply the gloss after eating.

5. Joli Rouge by Clarins …

Price: $23 at Clarins.com

Description: Joli Rouge offers an innovative and incredibly creamy, smooth and melting texture with a wonderful sensorial feel on application. The intense colour is enhanced by its shine, to give a really vibrant make-up result. It also cares for lips, providing them with extreme comfort. Finally, Joli Rouge is a delicious treat for lips thanks to its fruity fragrance/flavour.

My Comment: If you’re looking for intense coverage that’s true to the color in the package, Joli Rouge by Clarins is it! This lipstick delivers smooth, moisturizing color that’s totally opaque. It lasts a long time and really gives an eye-popping, dramatic look, but be careful not to get it around the edges of your mouth on your skin… it can be hard to get it off!

My favorite color is Cupidon Red, which is a sexy red shade. If you’re looking for something a little calmer, I also loved the Soft Berry.

4. Color Intrigue Effects Lipstick by Elizabeth Arden …

Price: $19.50 at ElizabethArden.com

Description: Sensational shades. Lasting color. Intriguing effects. Lavish your lips. New Color Intrigue Effects Lipstick glides on smoothly to hydrate, soften and shine. Creates effects that go from cream to shimmer to shine. Moisturizes with vitamins A and E.

My Comment: Color Intrigue went on smooth, delivered a bright, rich color, and lasted several hours! Also, it didn’t bleed or feather into the skin around my lips, and I love that. I chose Wine Cream, which is a brownish plum. I loved the color and thought it looked very professional… this is one you can easily wear from work all the way into a night out!

3. Aqualumiere Sheer Colour Lipshine SPF 15 by Chanel …

Price: $28.50 at Chanel.com

Description: A brilliant pop of sheer colour and ultra-creamy texture provide an immediate sensation of softness and comfort. Lips are thoroughly hydrated with a nourishing, soothing and fortifying action.

My Comment: This lipstick has it all… SPF 15 for sun protection, shea butter to keep your lips youthful, and Vitamin E to slow the aging process. Aqualumiere delivers a smooth color and bright shine, but I also like the fact that it’s a semi-sheer.

This means it also allowed my lips to show through a little bit. I liked that look… it looked a bit more natural. My favorite color is Antigua – a rich, creamy pinky-brown.

2. Dior Addict Lipstick by Dior …

Price: $25 at Saks.com

Description: Enter the world of Dior Addict and see lipstick in a whole new light. Sexy. Shine-drenched. Sensational. Light-saturated colors. All so fresh and easy to wear, they harmonize with everything. Discover a new way to play with color, a new way to express yourself. Give in. Get addicted.

My Comment: Who’s not a Dior Addict? If you’re not now, you will be after trying this lipstick. Dior Addict is a lightweight, smooth lipstick with good coverage, but the neatest thing to me was the multicolor effect it had when I applied it.

My favorite color is Digital Brown, which is a browny-beige undertone with bronze and red shimmer. I definitely want to revisit this color in the summer when I’ve got a little tan- I think it would look amazing with bronze skin.

1. Kiss Kiss Precious Colours Lipstick by Guerlain …

Price: $30 at Bloomingdales.com

Description: Kiss Kiss lipstick is an essential everyday accessory. This satin lipstick provides instant and long lasting moisture. Kiss Kiss provides pure comfort and an exquisite, sensual texture for hours.

Available in 30 shades with three tailor made effects: sensual and volatile metallic pearl, glamorous sparkle, or pure cream. Housed in a polished gold lightweight case, its the ultimate in modern luxury.

My Comment: This lipstick just sounds like fun when you read the name! Kiss Kiss Lipstick is easy to apply because it goes on smooth. I thought it had a really elastic quality to it – meaning that it didn’t crack when I smiled. I love that! It also has a sparkle that catches the light when you talk or smile, and it really plumped up the look of my lips. The most flattering color on me was #545 – Beige Strauss, and it went with everything!

As you pull and stretch that dress over your hips you’re wondering when the zip will snap. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from these ten worst foods for your hips! It will save you loads of embarrassment and stress.

Next after jump!

Dove ice-cream

They may have linked romance to chocolates but it doesn’t do any good for your fat reserves. Eleven ugly grams of fat lie stagnant in half a cup of ice-cream. Don’t surrender!

Chipotle Chicken Burrito

Bring on the cheese, rice, tortilla, chicken and sour cream! Now you’ve got trouble brewing. Not only does this carry 19 grams of fat but 1180 calories and 2900 mg of sodium. Most of that is going straight to your hips.

Pepperidge Chicken Pot Pie

Don’t let the ‘farm roasted’ and ‘white meat’ fool you. Half a pie contains 510 calories. It tastes so good that you won’t want to let the other half go!

Fondue

Cheese and more cheese. Although quite delicious this meal could endanger your life. A whopping 1300 calories makes it a killer dish, literally! Stay away from this cheese delight if you want to live long and healthy!

Duck Confit

It may be French but it’s still fatty! Duck is a lot like chicken but it isn’t as friendly to your body. 1000 calories is what you get when you indulge in this poultry meal.

Cheeseburger

Why did this have to be on the list? Unfortunately, cheeseburgers carry tons of saturated fat that can spell disaster for you. From white bread to cheese and red meat, it’s bad all the way!

French fries

Don’t wash down that meal with French fries unless you want starch mounting up in your body. Besides, you can never be too sure of the oil that is used to fry the potatoes.

Foie Gras

It doesn’t matter if you can’t pronounce it! It’s just fatty liver. Although the liver has just 400 calories in it, the count can considerably increase depending on the dish preparation.

Chicken Hash

Butter, cream, cheese and flour- there’s nothing good in that! Just picture your hips growing by the second. That’s what chicken hash can do to you!

Lasagne

This Italian wonder of pasta, cheese and beef is loved the world over especially because of the cheese. Sadly, lasagne isn’t hip-friendly at all!

That’s the round up of the ten worst foods for your hips. Don’t yield to the temptation if you want to fit into that black little number for the weekend!

Here are 6 steps to be experts about the Juicy Couture.

Step1

Learn about the origins of the Juicy Couture brand. Founded by Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy, the brand features upscale contemporary clothing. Famous for its handbags and tracksuits, the Juicy Couture brand, which is owned by Liz Claiborne, is quite popular.

Step2

Juicy Couture is now a worldwide company. It has expanded from a women’s clothing company to a company that sells women’s clothing, men’s clothing, children’s clothing, handbags, and accessories such as sunglasses, wallets, cosmetics, fragrances and more.

Step3
Learn some Juicy Couture trivia. For example, if you look at the tag of Juicy Couture clothing, you’ll see that it says “Love G & P,” with the G & P standing for Gela and Pamela’s names. The tags used to say P & G, but Proctor and Gamble sued them because of branding issues.

Step4
Juicy Couture sells a large variety of clothing and accessories. Velour bags and leather bags are popular. Juicy Couture also makes bathing suits, work appropriate clothing and casual clothing. Juicy Couture features a variety of jeans and other styles of pants, including velour. Juicy Couture clothing is very diverse, but it should be noted that a lot of Juicy Couture clothing is very girly, and many tracksuit and t-shirts feature Juicy Couture slogans.

Step5

Know your real Juicy Couture from your fake Juicy Couture. eBay is loaded with fake Juicy Couture. When identifying a fake, look for tags with incorrect Juicy Couture logos, incorrect fonts and spacing on the tags and incorrectly colored tags. Also, be aware that Juicy Couture bags will always be made of quality materials with excellent stitching. If a bag has plastic around the handles, it is probably fake. If a bag has cheap leather or imperfect lining, it is probably fake. And, most obviously, if “Juicy Couture” is spelled incorrectly, you’re looking at a fake item.

Step6
Know where to buy Juicy Couture clothing, handbags and accessories. Department stores like Neiman Marcus, Saks and Bloomingdales have extensive Juicy Couture selections. Websites like Shopbop.com and Revolveclothing.com also have great Juicy Couture options. Juicy Couture also has its own stores, outlet stores and website: JuicyCouture.com

I usually associate Jessica Alba with a very L.A. look that screams “big budget movie star”: body-hugging dresses with bare legs and high heels, party frocks piled high with amazing accessories, and expensive T-shirts with even more expensive handbags for bumming around town. But she’s spending some time in Paris this week, and very much dressing the part…check out her French girl-chic look (and the four easy tricks for scoring your own version)

While Susan’s off absorbing the fabulousness of Paris Fashion Week (bring me home some chicness–and maybe a bottle of bubbly–si vous plait?!), I’m holding down the fort here at STF and admiring the view from afar. I’ve got to admit, it’s giving me a little bit of wanderlust. And seeing this photo of Jessica Alba wandering the streets of the 2nd arrondissement gave me the perfect excuse to dress like a French girl today, with a few well-placed accessories that are unmistakably Parisian. The rules to looking like a French girl go something like this:

1. Wear a knit hat. A beret may be a cliche idea of Paris, but hey, all cliches are born from somewhere, right? Besides, it will help hide the less-than-squeaky-clean hair that’s another prerequisite of the French girl uniform (two days without a wash, minimum!)

Mossimo Sequin Beret – Black knit hat

2. Layer up in dark, neutral colors. Instead of wearing a big old puffy jacket, pile on layers of sweaters, vests, blazers, and scarves in a similar color family (different shades of black and gray are a total French girl staple) to stay warm. Pair the layered look on top with skinny jeans or a miniskirt on the bottom to keep your proportions right–anything else will make you look bulky.

3. Rock the perfect flats. France is the land of beautiful ballerinas, so it’s only natural the chicest women there would be inspired by their footwear. Classic flats are not only cute but obviously very comfortable–and an ideal way to add a bit of color or pattern to your look.

Salvatore Ferragamo ‘Varina’ Flat$470 @ nordstrom.com

4. Go incognito. The last step to being an irresistible French girl, a la Jessica Alba? Maintaining an air of mystery. And there’s no better way to do that than from behind a great pair of sunglasses.

As you might have noticed, we’re pretty gung ho about outfit “recycling” at the Glamour Magazine : Tracey recently revealed that she can survive for a week with just 9 articles of clothing and our fashion team has figured out 11 cool ways to wear the same pair of jeans and 17 new outfits you probably already own. But today, one of our style-savvy editors noted that it seemed like one of our favorite fashion (and life) icons, Michelle Obama, rarely “recycles” her clothes. Could it be true?

Not exactly.

I’m happy to report that while it may seem that our well-dressed First Lady has just been constantly turning up in new and amazing outfits during her first few months “in office,” she does re-wear some of her favorite wardrobe pieces. For instance:

Mrs. Obama clearly follows Tracey’s school of thought regarding fuss-free travel wardrobes. (I.e. pack only gray, black and white and wear your heaviest stuff on the plane.) During the Obamas’ whirlwind weekend trip to Chicago, Michelle sported the same black coat and flat boots on both the departing and returning flights.

Left: Michelle on February 16th on the Air Force One steps. Right: Mrs. Obama on February 14th, leaving Air Force One.

And that pin she wore late last month when speaking to the Department of Transportation conference? She’s had that thing for years!

Well, okay, she had it—and wore it—last year at a family friend’s funeral. She then “recycled” the form-fitting black dress and wore it to the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance she and the President went to on February 7th. (And it’s that same pin again—did you notice?)

Left: Michelle on February 6th at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance at the Kennedy Center in D.C. Right: Mrs. Obama in Chicago on February 28th.

Then, just last week, Michelle made an appearance at the Soldier Support Center at Ft. Bragg in North Carolina in the same belted black cardi that she famously wore on Election Day.

Left: March 12, 2009 at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. Right: Mrs. Obama in Chicago on November 4th.

I’m 92% sure that she sported the identical sweater in early February when she and Barack visited 2nd graders at the Capital City Public Charter School. And that stripey button-down looks familiar, doesn’t it? It should! The blouse was a key part of the layered look that Tracey pointed out earlier.

Left: At the Charter School in D.C. on February 3rd, 2009. Right: Michelle Obama at the Arlington National Cemetery’s Women in Military Service event on March 4th, 2009.

Moving on, we’ve got proof that while Michelle’s got a number of colorful separates—from that yellow J.Crew cardi to the scarlet Narciso Rodriguez number—she’s not averse to wearing them more than once. Even if some of the more vivid pieces—like these bright blue pants—are unforgettable. Michelle was wearing these way back in November, long before she knew she’d carry the mantle of First Lady of Fashion!

Left: Mrs. Obama leaving the White House on February 8th, 2009. Right: At a rally on November 2, 2008.

Last, but certainly not least, Michelle has been known to wear these comfy-looking flats on more than one occasion.

Left: Mrs. Obama at a meeting at Mary’s Center, a non-profit healthcare-focused organization on February 10th, 2009. Right: At a rally in Colorado, November 2, 2008.

Now, while I’m thrilled to have proof that Michelle Obama does re-wear some of her wardrobe items, in my book, her recycling schedule is a little too lax. I know she’s got tons of VIP events to go to (and as Petra mentioned earlier, sometimes it’s nice to get a new dress for special occasions) but it wouldn’t be the end of the world if she wore her Thakoon dress again or that bright blue Maria Pinto dress. They’d look just as chic and polished now as they did back in November, and I think it would make a nice recessionista-style addition to her looooong list of Cool and Awesomely Down-to-Earth Fashion Decisions. Don’t you think?

As for me, I usually wear my cozy gray cardigan several times a week, ditto for other tried-and-true basics like my black jeans, white tees and navy heels. My work dresses are on a 2 week rotation but most of my friends think I have a much bigger wardrobe than I actually do, because I hardly ever wear the same exact outfit twice–I always mix it up a teensy bit. Of course, my recycling schedule is heavily influenced by whether or not I’ve been able to do my laundry or not. Yet somehow I don’t think Michelle–in her new, fully-staffed abode–has to deal with those issues anymore.

Now it’s your turn to weigh in: How often do you “recycle” your clothes? Either individual pieces or head-to-toe ensembles?

Don’t we all have this obsession about discovering the ‘real fountain of youth’? From anti-aging serums to ‘miracle’ night creams – we’re all willing to spend precious bucks just so that we can counteract the effects of aging.

But we don’t actually have to look any further than Mother Nature. In an article from MSN Health, Zoe Draelos, M.D., reveals how botanicals are the best sources for discovering new ingredients which help protect and repair aging skin.

Check out the five “potent botanicals” which help firm, smooth and tone the skin:

1.	Bearberry

Check out the products which contain bearberry – for this flowering shrub is an increasingly popular skin brightener.

2.	Acai

When eaten fresh, Acai berries are a potent anti-oxidants. It helps battle premature aging, brown spots and sagging.

3.	Red tea

Red tea helps prevent UV and free radical damage.

4.	Argan oil

Argan oil is pressed from the nut of the argan tree from Morocco, and it helps moisturize dry, lackluster skin.

5.	Durian

Finally, we have this foul-smelling yet sweet-tasting fruit from Asia – which is dubbed as the world’s best skin rejuvenator.

2 pcs Bikini season is coming. So, we better prepare now for our Fantastic summer!

1. Yogurt Fruit Parfait …

Calories per serving: 170 cal

Why I Love It: If you love ice cream sundaes, you’ll barely notice the difference when you switch to low calorie yogurt. Go Greek on your plain yogurt for even more healthy deliciousness. My favorite fruit parfait? Mix oranges with your yogurt, drizzle with honey, and add a sprig of fresh mint. A yummy, healthy treat!

2. Angel Food Cake with Fruit …

Calories per serving: 250 cal

Why I Love It: Angel food cake is totally guiltless. Its light, fluffy, and tastes great, but brings very little calories to the party. If you mix it with a delicious fruit compote- try strawberries- it won’t taste at all like a diet dessert.

3. Frozen Yogurt with Grilled Peaches …

Calories per serving: 200 cal

Why I Love It: There are so many decadent frozen yogurts out there. Sample several varieties, and you’ll find one that’s really close to your favorite ice cream. Then, when you take your burgers or steaks off the grill, slide the peaches on- cut side down- and let them grill for a few moments. They’ll be warm and so yummy over your yogurt.

4. Bittersweet Chocolate Brownies …

Calories per serving: 250 cal

Why I Love It: It is possible to have a big, fudgy chocolate brownie without the guilt! All you have to do is make some simple substitutions. If you make your brownies with bittersweet chocolate and egg whites, you’ll significantly lower your caloric intake. Plus, bittersweet chocolate has great heart-helping antioxidant properties.

5. Banana Split with Ricotta Cheese …

Calories per serving: 370 cal

Why I Love It: I just love ricotta cheese. It’s delicious and rich without being unhealthy. A great way to enjoy the traditional feel of a banana split without the guilt is to replace ice cream with ricotta. Top a sliced banana with ricotta cheese, cocoa powder, and a cherry – yum yum!

6. Caramel Popcorn …

Calories per serving: 250 cal

Why I Love It: I love the crunchy, salty taste of popcorn, and adding caramel is just a total bonus. It’s the ultimate girl food – the perfect combo of sweet and salty. Sneak your own healthy bag of caramel popcorn into the movies for a healthy, fun snack!

7. Chocolate Mousse …

Calories per serving: 300 cal

Why I Love It: Light, creamy, and did I mention that it’s super chocolatey? Mousse is so delicious- all the smooth richness of a chocolate pie or pudding, but without all the heavy calories. Chocolate mousse is a great make-ahead dessert, so it is so easy to serve at a dinner party, too.

8. Caramel Apples …

Calories per serving: 300 cal

Why I Love It: The first bite of a crisp caramel apple, and you’re instantly transported to a fall festival. The crunchy apple and the sticky coat of caramel come together to make a perfect dessert. You can even convince yourself that caramel apples are good for you – they are apples, after all!

9. Wine Poached Pears …

Calories per serving: 185 cal

Why I Love It: Wine poached pears are absolutely amazing. If you’ve never had one, I’d highly recommend trying them. They’re elegant and delicious, and they will impress your boss at a dinner party. Best of all, they’re totally guilt-free and good for you!

10. Key Lime Pie …

Calories per serving: 300 cal

Why I Love It: There’s nothing that says summer like a Key Lime Pie. Refreshing and tart, Key Lime Pie is amazingly delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite desserts of all time! I can’t eat it in the winter, but in the summer… there’s just nothing like it. Skip the whipped cream- you don’t even need it. The pie’s great enough without it.

Wow – all these delicious dessert ideas are making me hungry! The best thing is that you can totally indulge with one of these because they’re so low in calories! What are your low-cal sweet treat favorites?
