i’ve never harbored the thought of using women’s bag, it just felt awkward and wrong to me at times. but i am very smitten by the SC city bag designed by movie maestro sofia coppola for french malletier de luxe louis vuitton. it just seems like the perfect bag for work and play, sumptuous leather, minimalistic yet luxurious finishing touches, but not losing any of the masculinity nor femininity. the last pic completely sold me the idea that this is a unisex bag.

the bag retails for GBP2,150, which at current exchange rates makes it a very attractive option for shoppers outside the eurozone. sure it is expensive, but it is no way near prices like that of hermes or valextra.

to be really honest, i am very very keen. this seems like the be all end all bag (is there one?!). the bag measures 36cm in length, too small for a lanky frame? and paying more than two grand for a bag marked as ladies’ bag doesn’t seem like a good idea too. but i am very smitten. very very smitten.
